Hampton Bays Elementary School students in Ryan Heeter and Kelley Davide’s third grade classroom have been hard at work preparing thoughtful presentations about the holiday traditions that they celebrate with their families. As part of the project, students explored the customs, foods, activities and stories that make their family celebrations special. They then transformed their research into visual presentations that they shared with their peers.
