Hampton Bays Middle School students recently embarked on a creative journey by studying the iconic dessert paintings of artist Wayne Thiebaud. They explored his bold, colorful style and techniques and then put their own twist on the concept by creating mixed media dessert art pieces. The projects not only helped the students explore their creativity, but also boosted their confidence and fine motor skills.
